Terms

The door has no lock. There is no application and no approval, and nobody in UBM ranks above anybody else.

Being counted in

Anyone can be counted in with an email address and a city. Being counted costs nothing and entitles you to nothing you have to earn.

The total

The number on the site is a count of the rows in our member table and nothing else. It is never estimated, seeded, rounded or offset. If it says twelve, there are twelve.

What is running

The roadmap marks what is running and what is not. Anything marked not yet is not running, carries no date, and is not a commitment.

Leaving

One click, any time. See Privacy.

Conduct

UBM exists to cut through the Noise. We remove accounts that bring it in — targeted abuse, harassment, or attempts to turn the crowd against a part of itself.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the change is announced on the channels before it takes effect.
